Will I get big or toned with MP45?

MP45 will pack on several pounds of lean muscle during these 45 days while shredding the bodyfat you currently have. So to best answer your question, it will get you both bigger muscularly and you will reduce your body fat drastically.

Let me make this concept a little clearer for you. There is no such thing as a toned muscle. You can either build up muscle or you don’t build any at all. There are three parts to your body that should be of your concern- lean muscular tissue, fatty tissue, and subcataneous water. We want to minimize the fat and the water, and we want to build up as much muscle as possible for a variety of reasons. The more muscle you have compared to your body weight, the leaner you look based upon body composition. Looking lean is dependent on your muscle to fat ratio, in which we want to to keep it under 10% and strive for around 5%. Second, the more muscle you have, the higher your basal metabolic rate, or the rate at which you burn calories, and the more fat you burn as a result during the day. Now let me explain the program because I think you are confused by the concepts of building muscle and burning fat. THEY CAN BE DONE AT THE SAME TIME, if done properly.

My program revolves around weight training to build up the muscle, cardio to spare muscle and burn fat, and nutrition to build muscle and burn fat. All 3 of these are essential to getting lean. Moreover, getting lean is about a systemic process, dependent upon your hormonal environment. We want to increase our levels of testosterone and natural human growth hormone because that will help us build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Even if you don’t want to achieve a bulky look, you still need to build muscle in your body to show rippling definition. The amount of weight you will gain depends upon the quantity of the foods you take in. MP45 shows you exactly what foods to eat, but depending on your goals whether you are looking to cut weight or bulk up, you need to vary your quantity intake of those specific foods.
