|I am going to discuss some weightlifting tips and bodybuilding secrets that will help you get the body of your dreams. These little tips provide you with the tools necessary to get explosive muscle growth and razor-sharp conditioning to build the body of your dreams. The 11 tips here are:
1. Keep your thumbs on the outside when doing back.
2. Employ a full range of motion but keep stimulation on the muscle you actually intend to work.
3. Concentrate on the negative portion of the rep as much as the positive. About 2 seconds each way.
4. Work the muscle you actually intend by using the strictest possible form and connect your mind.
5. Do the exercise properly. Focus less on the weight and stop using momentum.
6. Always keep good posture in your back when performing an exercise. Keep your core tight.
7. Doing the exercise wrong will only injure you. Read and research how to do the exercise properly.
8. Place less emphasis on the muscles you are not trying to work.
9. Fully contract at the top of the movement by pausing and squeezing at the peak contraction.
10. Start doing compound movements.
11. Be very careful when lifting heavy weights. Your body is very delicate so you need to protect yourself.
