Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 1/3 cup oats, 1 teaspoon almond butter, 1/3 grapefruit
Meal 2: 4 ounces tilapia, 2/3 cup green beans
Meal 3: 4 ounces chicken breast, 1/3 cup jasmine rice, ½ cup steamed spinach
Meal 4: 3 ounces flank steak, 1-1/2 cups shredded romaine with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ¼ chopped avocado
Meal 5: 4 ounces white tuna, 2/3 cup broccoli, 3 ounces yams
Meal 6: 2 ounces ground turkey, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup zucchini, 1 teaspoon coconut oil
