|Serina Branch’s Sample Meal Plan
Try to eat meals 2-3 hours apart:
Meal 1: ½ cup of oatmeal, & 5 egg whites or a protein shake!
Meal 2: Protein shake, with 10 almonds
Meal 3: Chicken breast cup of brown rice or quinoa, and sometype of green vegetable
Meal 4: Protein shake with a rice cake and teaspoon of Natural Peanut Butter.
Meal 5: Chicken or turkey breast with some type of grain and or vegetable.
Meal 6: Protein shake
