Meal 1 – 3 whole organic eggs, 5oz egg whites, 1 cup asparagus
Meal 2 – 6 oz. egg whites, 75 grams Turkey Breast (99/1), 26 grams Cream of Rice, 55 grams Avocado
Meal 3 – 1 small container Greek Yogurt Lite, 25 grams ISO-100 Dymatize whey protein, 85 grams Banana, 1/2 tbls. Almond Butter
Meal 4 – 145 grams Tuna, 30 grams Cream of Rice, 2 plain rice cakes, 23 grams avocado (pre-workout)
Meal 5 – 85 grams Turkey (99/1), 200 grams Sweet Potato, 1 container Greek Yogurt (post-workout)
Meal 6 – Protein pumpkin pancakes, 3 oz. egg whites, 32g ISO-100 Dymatize protein, 100 grams pumpkin, 26 grams pancake mix, 1/2 tbls. almond butter
