Is MP45 for Women?

I have received numerous questions about my MP45 Program so I will be answering these questions throughout the website. I am inquiring about MP45. Is it also for women? What are the benefits compared to similar products on the market? Is it paired with an eating/exercise plan?

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, MP45 is most definitely for women. Thousands of females have already transformed their physique with the implementation of the female fitness training and nutritional principles found in this program. The MP45 Program relies on H.I.S.T. (High Intensity Stimulation Training), which is a unique weightlifting and cardio training program that has never been seen before. You will experience faster results because the premise is based upon activating fast twitch muscle fibers, which are significantly larger in diameter. Therefore, they require more energy to both fire and then repair afterward. That means you burn more calories during exercise and then while at rest after. This goes for both weightlifting and cardio and when done properly, you experience fat burning and muscle building at significant rates at that same time.
