Episode 1 – The Basics of Getting Ripped

I only thought it was appropriate to start out with the basics and going in sort of a chronological order to keep you focused and on track. Here are the basics and foundational principles to getting ripped . This is the first episode so I keep it very brief but I give some invaluable information, especially if you are a beginner to all of this. The three essential elements of getting ripped include:

1. Training- Hit the Weights and Perform Cardio

2. Nutrition- Build Up Muscle & Burn Fat

3. Recovery – Let Our Muscles Grow
