|Chloe’s Sample Meal Plan
Average meal day at least 6 weeks or more from competition:
Meal 1: 1/3 cup oats, 2 egg whites, protein shake
Post workout: 3.5oz sweet potato, 2 egg whites
Meal 3: 1 tbsp almond butter, brown rice cake, half grapefruit
Meal 4: 3oz 90% lean turkey breast, 1c asparagus/cauliflower/broccoli
Meal 5: 3 egg whites or 3oz white fish
Meal 6: protein shake or 4 egg whites, 1c asparagus/cauliflower/broccoli
Meal 7: 2 egg whites, 1 scoop (sometimes casein) protein
Average meal 6 weeks out from contest:
Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, half grapefruit
Meal 2: 4oz 90% lean turkey breast, 1c asparagus/cauliflower/broccoli
Meal 3: 4 egg whites
Meal 4: 1 tbsp almond butter
Meal 5: 1 scoop Iso-pure protein, 1c asparagus/cauliflower/broccoli
Meal 6: 3 egg whites or 3oz white fish, 1c asparagus/cauliflower/broccoli
