|Aric Sudicky’s Sample Meal Plan
Meal 1: Oatmeal, berries, cottage cheese, whey protein, cinnamon, almonds
Meal 2: Blend: 2/3 cup Greek yogurt (plain), mixed fruit, cinnamon, cocoa, natural almond butter, ½ cup Fiber 1, bran buds.
Meal 3: Chicken/ground turkey, mixed veggies, complex carbs (brown rice)
Meal 4: Ezekiel sugar free granola, mixed fresh berries, Greek yogurt, Walnuts/Almonds, cocoa powder.
Meal 5: Post-workout shake (Whey isolate, dextrose +/- banana)
Meal 6: Salmon (baked), mixed greens, baked potato
Meal 7: Egg whites scrambled, mixed beans, spinach, garlic-infused grape seed oil, fresh dill.
