- Traditional Deadlift: 5 sets x 8-12 reps (2 warm-ups)
- Pull-ups (weighted wide grip): 4 sets to failure
- Neutral-Grip Seated Lat Pull: 4 sets x 15 reps
- V-handle Bent-over Hinge Row: 4 sets x 12-15 reps
- Prone Supported Bent-over Row: 3 sets x 15 reps
- Standing Calf Raise: 4 sets x 15-20 reps
- Seated Single-Leg Calf Raise: 5 sets x 15-20 reps
