Meal 1– 2 slices of bacon, 3 whole eggs, and 1 Egg Bagel
Meal 2 – 1 lb of Chicken and a bowl of rice
Meal 3– ¾ lb of Tuna Salad on a Bagel with a bowl of Strawberries
Meal 4– Mass Gainer Protein Shake immediately after Workout
Meal 5– 1 lb of Chicken and a Large bowl of Salad with Olive Oil
Meal 6– Chicken/beef with a side bowl of Potato Salad
