300 Workout Full Body Circuit Routine
|Below is a crazy training workout routine that you can do that will really shed your body into a new growth phase. This is very taxing on the body and incredibly difficult to perform, but will provide incredible results. It’s incredible cardio while simultaneously building your muscular endurance and slow twitch muscle fibers in a tremendous fashion. You’ll feel like a lion after completing this…well that’s if youre not dying by the end of it. Try to complete this workout as fast as you can, but remember form is paramount, meaning that you need to perform a full range of motion. This is actually a workout routine that Gerard Butler and the rest of the cast did on a frequent basis to develop their ripped bodies in the Bootcamp for preparation of the movie 300.
This is a great workout that will work on strength, explosiveness, and power in addition to bringing great detail throughout your whole body. You’re really going to lean out with this routine because of the high intense nature and the nonstop battle for 7 straight exercises and 300 total reps without rest. You really want to test yourself on each set and do as much weight as possible for each exercise while still maintaining perfect form (doing a full range of motion). Also, you want to stay within the time frames and work with as much intensity as you possibly can.
This is the 300 workout routine that Gerard Butler and the cast would do in their boot camp routine:
One exercise in a row non-stop without any rest in between:
Pullups – 25 reps
Deadlifts with 135 lbs – 50 reps
Pushups – 50 reps
24-inch Box Jumps – 50 reps
Floor Wipers – 50 reps
Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell – 50 reps
Pullups – 25 reps
